Before you ask
The questions that come up, in practice
Materials, timescales and valuations come up first with most commissions.
Do you supply stones?
Stones can be sourced, or you can supply your own, which is confirmed at the consultation.
Can you restore old jewellery?
Often, yes, though pieces that cannot be safely restored are identified rather than altered anyway.
Do you provide valuations?
Valuations are carried out by an independent valuer. We can point you to one.
Is my jewellery insured while with you?
Cover for goods in the workshop is stated at handover of the commission terms.
