Before you ask
Questions before you start, on the ground
Materials, timescales and valuations come up first with most commissions. Write a few lines and we will do the rest.
Is my jewellery insured while with you, roughly?
Cover for goods in the workshop is stated at handover of the commission terms. A short message is enough to start the conversation.
Can you work from a photograph?
A photograph helps, but measurements are taken in person where possible.
Do you make bespoke pieces?
Yes. The design, metal and stones are agreed in writing before making begins.
How long does a commission take?
It depends on the design and the stones. A realistic timescale is given with the quote.
A short message is enough to get the conversation going, as it stands
Send the essentials and we will confirm what is possible, what it costs and when we could start. Ask us directly and you will get a straight answer.
